Billing & invoicing

3.5% all-in when we run dispatch and billing together. Taken off the load — nothing upfront, nothing on an empty week.

Driver Care

We take care of the driver the whole way — from home to home.

Best Loads

We work the boards hard and strive to get the best of what's on them.

Broker Relations

A wide network of brokers we've worked with for years. They trust us and we trust them — smooth operations, fast issue-solving.

24/7 Desk

A booking desk around the clock, not just a support line.

Services

Everything between the load board and the deposit.

One dispatcher owns your MC. Same person on every call, so nobody has to be told twice what your truck will and won't do.

01

Finding loads & negotiating

DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, JB Hunt 360, Coyote and direct broker contacts. We don't take the first number — we call back and push it.

02

Paperwork & broker setup

Carrier packets, W-9, COI requests, broker onboarding, rate confirmations checked line by line before your driver rolls.

03

Billing & invoicing

POD collected, invoice out the same day, sent to the broker or straight into your factoring platform. Weekly settlement summary.

04

24/7 driver support

A live dispatcher at 3 a.m. on Sunday. Breakdowns, reschedules, lumper problems, a broker who's gone quiet — you call one number.

05

Detention & claims

Clock starts when your driver checks in. We document it, file it and chase the broker until detention, TONU and layover actually get paid.

How it works

Signed up and moving the same day.

  1. Documents & contract

MC authority, COI, W-9 and voided check, then sign the contract. Ten minutes on Telegram.

  2. We set you up

Your dispatcher meets the driver, gets acquainted with the equipment on board and records lane preferences.

  3. We book the week

Rate con in your inbox before the current load is delivered. You approve, we confirm.

  4. You drive, we bill*

POD in, invoice out, detention chased. Your fee comes off the load, nothing upfront.

* Dispatch service is the default. Billing is contracted separately — 0.5% per rate on top of dispatch.

Why us

A happy driver books the next load himself.

Rates matter, but a driver who is looked after stays on the road longer and earns more over a year than one who is squeezed for a single good week.

From home to home

The man in the cab is the whole business. We dispatch like it.

01 — Happy driver

  • We collect the details before the first load
  • We meet the driver in person
  • We support him 24/7
  • We solve any issue on the road
  • We build relationships that last a lifetime

02 — How we pick a load

Our priorities when booking for your truck.

  1. 01Highest paid loads
  2. 02Light loads
  3. 03Driver-oriented loads

Easy on the truck, easy on the clock, and pointed where the driver wants to be at the end of the week.

03 — The desk

Experienced dispatchers, not a call centre.

  • 4+ years on the desk

Every dispatcher on your MC has negotiated through more than one market cycle.

  • Constantly trained

Regular internal training on negotiation, compliance and broker handling.

  • Keeping up with the trends

We watch rates, lanes and seasonality weekly so your truck sits where the freight is.

Pricing

A percentage of the load. Nothing else.

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no charge for an empty week. If the truck doesn't get paid, neither do we.

FAQ

What carriers ask us first.

Do we run under your MC or ours?

Yours. We dispatch on your behalf under your authority — we are not a broker and we never take title to the freight. Your relationships and your reputation stay yours.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. No setup fee, no cancellation fee, no minimum number of loads. Carriers stay because the trucks stay loaded.

What does 24/7 actually mean?

There is a dispatcher booking loads and answering the phone at night and on weekends, not an answering service. Loads get booked overnight so your driver has a rate con waiting in the morning.

How do I get paid?

Brokers pay you directly. We create and send the invoice with the POD attached, or push it into your factoring platform — how fast the money lands depends on the broker's terms or your factor.

What if the load pays late or detention is refused?

We document check-in and check-out times on every load and file detention, TONU and layover with the paperwork attached, then chase the broker until it is resolved.

Can you work with a brand-new MC?

Yes. We set up broker accounts from zero, and we know which brokers will onboard a young authority and which will not — that shapes your first six weeks of lanes.
